I'd like to see a perfect draft format that is friendlier to new players. It's probably suitable only for quick tournaments because it is easier to play.

My idea is a pick-12 where in each round you are guaranteed 1 of every fielding position, 2 SP, 1 RP and a 12th card from any position. No need to track "positions seen" and no need to worry about a missing backup somewhere.

I think this might become very popular if it were implemented.
