It would be hard in that era, with incomplete minor leagues. Playing in 1914 and 1915, there are not a lot of players left, beyond those twenty-four teams. Which should mean, of course, that in 1916, there should be a pool of 200 AAAA (former Federal League, and MLB players losing their jobs to FL stars) guys looking for work.
