As long as you remain aware that the saved reports could be old (it displays date of last report) that page is still useful. Any significant talent changes will be reflected at the next round of report updates.

The game date is 6/14. ON his scouting page it says last pitching report was 6/14, and it still shows the different star ratings on the summary and scouting tabs.
