I don't completely understand how that future value is created in OOTP mostly because I dont understand all the editable stuff in it but I'll take your word lol. I just look at what my scouts tell me and hope all works out.
Going to get started tonight, got to change settings to what I'm more used to. Can't wait to get Chourio, Miso, Quero, moving through system and working to develop Bitonti and Pratt for years to come.
