March 16th, 2015 - NYR F Chris Kreider was suspended for 7 games after a head shot on Panthers defenseman Brian Campbell. Campbell left the ice for some time but team doctors determined he would be alright and he returned.
Mar 27th, 2015 - WPG D Zach Bogosian received a 7 game suspension after his illegal hit to the head on star MTL F Max Pacioretty knocked him out of the game. "Patches" will be out of the lineup for a while as he suffers from dizziness and nausea but team doctors are hopeful his return will be relatively swift.
