Let’s meet our teams:
The Charlotte Colonels won the NBC Eastern Division last year by nine games over the Atlanta Kings with a record of 91-71 for their first-ever playoff appearance in nine season history of the league. They’re predicted to repeat as division champs.

The Detroit Dukes won it all last year. They took the longest route as they finished one game behind the Chicago Fire in the NBC Central Division with a record of 86-76 but finished as the Wild-Card Champ.
