How about the fair/foul bunting rule for 19th century leagues? Or underhand pitching? 8 balls to a walk? Etc.

I don't mean to diminish the idea of having historical adjustments made for scoring, but if further historical modifications are made I'd prefer if they were in areas that actually affected the mechanics of the game. Adjustable roster sizes, for instance. Or different models of relief pitcher usage as opposed to a simple frequency toggle.
