-Fomio is either a typo or an OCR misidentification of Fumio. A Google search makes the name appear to be real. However, "fo" does not exist in common Japanese names. Fumio is a typical name, for example, the current prime minister.
-Fujii, Yamada etc. are typical family names, but not first names.
-Muneyaki seems to be the name of a sword making process. I don't know much about it.
For what it's worth, there appear to be wikipedia pages for notable individuals with the first names Aguri, Fujii, and Muneyaki. There are plenty of typos and errors scattered across the names files though and have been for a long time.
