Ok we had 10 owners willing to do this.
So we chose 10 teams from AL/NL from the 1961 season.
Used rosters for all teams and teams not selected their players were dumped into FA Pool.
Split into two divisions AL/NL
So yes, in one way it is/was a historical league ubt when i only used 10 teams did I invalidate the historical settings?
