Hi:

I have been part of an online league since March. Today when I was downloading the updated league file (which we do daily), I received an error message "an error occurred while loading the database! Could not load world file".

That led to a series of other error messages that eventually circled back to the original error message above. The guy who runs the league told me to delete the league and use the Quick Join link to reinstall it. But i am getting the same error message when i try to reinstall it. Any ideas or suggestions?

These are the other error messages that I was getting:

"A problem occurred while loading the league files."

"Click OK to save the current files in a folder named "incident" inside your league folder now and to let OOTP try to restore your game to the state of the last previous successful save. Click cancel to return to the previous screen."

OOTP saved the potentially damaged database files in a folder named "incident" inside your league folder
Click OK to restore the league files, or Cancel to restore the files manually."

OOTP restored the league files from the auto-save folder. Click OK to try loading your saved game from the last valid save."

A problem occurred while loading the league file. Please start a new game."

"An error occurred while loading the database. Could not load world file."

"Error: could not load the downloaded database"
