Agree that any changes in copyright law through litigation would be slow and organic - which might strike some as healthy and prudent. The other option, of course, is for Congress to step in and clarify how/if copyright law applies to AI-generated material. The legislative clarification would make sense, were it not for the bitter partisan divisions that prevent reasonable discussions of evolving issues.
