A few items to start, from our league:

A holding spot (DFA) for signed players to commish does not have to pause the sim every time there is a roster move.

Ability to offer contracts and sign staff without forcing commish to have to do it.

An easy way to import league file within the game.

A way to have GMs influence Coach's line and dressing decisions.

Have messages marked read or deleted stay that way when an exported file is updated.

More follow up on issues that arise from buyout/relinquishing rights and signing FAs or draftees within one sim. Typically leagues sim a week at a time. These transactions should happen so as not to cause the game to crash causing the commish to redo transactions one at a time.

Look into issues with the Budgets so that the game doesn't crash during a weeklong sim if the AI causes a budget issue.
