His 147 runs scored was the single-season record and still holds as the all-time mark as of 2037. His 1.258 OPS also set a new single-season record which held until 2028. Sha also led Korea in hits (213), OBP (.465), slugging (.793), wRC+ (225), and WAR (12.7).
