The example is attached. This not a serious bug but slightly immersion-breaking. I didn't want to flag the offered player as "Not Interested" because I would be willing to entertain a different offer involving him.

But it seems like there could potentially be cooldowns on specific trades after they are offered. I know that would be annoying to code, so it's definitely a "nice to have" fix more than anything else.
