Radbourn is 20-4 1.56 with 48 more scheduled starts to go.
Looks like he should break the record but when you think about it, he can only lose 8 more games and then he may not get a decision.
Plus the game may insist on resting him or injury.
So the record is not a gimme.
The Cy Young award may be his.
