High Heat has everything except the financial model of OOTP4.
Inverarity - How do you develop players in OOTP4 if the minor league stats are erased at the end of the year? it is alot of trouble and clicking to develop players, High Heat has a screen to gets top player stats for minors and majors. Awesome for finding a gem and hoping he blossoms.
Hope OOTP4 incorporates the minors better in future versions.
