Well, your log shows, somehow, someway, those packs were bought, which means technically your client sent a request to buy 5x Gold packs. How that happened is unknown, but under normal circumstances, it's only possible when the pack screen is open and a button is pressed.

Could've been a mis-click somewhere, could've been something else, I just don't know. I'm sorry this happened to you, man.

We might still be able to remove the packs after all, but I'm not 100% sure.
