At least some of the Minor League contracts are there still. Could be all, but I don't know if all are because now there are all these random contract offers (MLB and Minor League) that have popped up on the page that weren't offer that are spamming the page. All aren't pending though, so look like they are contracts that were offered and player rejected them even though they were never actually offered There are too many to count and too many to fit on one screenshot, but here is the top page of them:

Also I figured I'd add here that I posted about some other things on the bug forum too. The one that might relate to this thread I started awhile ago is something with ticket prices here that seems to be causing our league (LOTP) good amount of problems. It is related with the stuff I was talking previously about with revenue/budget too:

I thought this screenshot would be useful on that issue. This is to show the Approx. Revenue Range is still $134.9M - $282.6M which is the same as I showed you at start of the offseason when ticket prices were high and you thought that was affecting budgets/revenue decent amount. But even with ticket prices lowered from the high playoff ticket prices at start of offseason that number is still the same and way lower than the $126.7M - $314.2M in OOTP 23 at start of offseason. Anyways here is the screenshot of the Approx. Revenue Range on the current date in game now (2/18/36):
