I noticed this a couple of seasons ago in my sim when my bench coach, former player Billy Bragan, was hired away. I got a nice email from him early into the offseason that he received an offer and then a few days later in the sim the game would crash.

Fortunately, I save at the end of each season so I was able to restart and resume with minimal loss. However, on each reload Bragan would get an offer from a different team and a few days later the game would crash (presumably when he was getting hired by the new team).

I made a copy of the save and kept reloading. At some point the RNG didn't give Bragan an offer from another team and the game continued normally. However, in the spirit of the game I used commissioner mode to promote Bragan to the last team to give him an offer and then unretired Nellie Fox to be my new bench coach.

Well, now Fox is getting an offer and the game is crashing again a few days afterwards. Does anyone want a copy of this save to debug?
