I play with the "ootp dark" skin. I play windowed, maximized, with 3440x1440 resolution.
(EDIT: While I'm at it, it would be absolutely great to have an option to have the Icon Bar on top, like right under the top menu or something. This would put it closer to the other tabs, and save me a lot of moving my mouse around).

2. Have you tried saving a view from here? This works fine for me. Create a new view with what you want for pre-game/in game lineup info and save it as a local view. Tested this and it will stay on the view even after re-loading game, unchecking/checking the box etc.
5. This also works fine for me, same resolution. When on team pages the main team menu bar uses the team background color and the submenu bar uses the text color. Should work on both light and dark skins.
