I've had a similar issue. Have recently purchased a new pc and want to move all of the previous ootp versions I own to the new pc. No dice. Can't get any assistance from support on this one either. It's like the attitude towards this is "kick rocks". Which if that's the actual position, it's just not conducive towards retaining customers.
