How's the hit rate on prospects (depending on things, having an NFL-style draft might be a feature, not a bug)? Flattening the aging/development curve will also increase the overall talent level in the league; are you OK with the shorter careers and larger number of players getting like 300 AB seasons instead of 500+ AB ones that will come out of that?
Why would the careers be shorter? Wouldn't they end up being longer, if I have it set to where players develop faster, and on the other side age slower, wouldn't I end up with say... more 21/22 year olds in the majors lasting to ages 38/39 and getting longer careers? (If not, yikes, help, that's what I want)
