That is correct. I always buy during the pre-sale, but I usually wait until about 1 month to start a current league, because like to give time for the updating of the ratings and rosters. Usually it does not go on sale this cheap when I start my current league. This year I should have waited until I started my league. I knew when I saw that Steam was going to have their Sports sale I would probably wished I waited. All I know is I was waiting for FHM9 to go on sale for the playoffs, and it did not, so they could put it on sale to correspond with the Steam sports sale. Now it is $19.99, and I am going to pick it up during the sale.
