I'm looking to start a new online league, and for that I need GMs!
It will be a fantasy league, where the GM decides the name of his team (and farm team), and where the players will be generated by the game (no real players).
The league will include a pro league (for the GMs), at least one farm league, several junior leagues around the world (maybe for GMs), and possibly more.
We're kicking off with a fantasy draft, and expansions will follow the number of human GMs. There is not a set number of teams to start off with (well, at least 6
).
Rules will be somewhat similar to the NHL, but GMs will have a say on various areas of the rule book. Division alignment will be as geographical as possible.
Although I'm not very familiar with discord, I think that's where we're gonna end up for communication (help would be appreciated).
I ran several STHS leagues as a commish for more than 10 years back in the days, so I have some experience. Online leagues on FHM are new to me, but I'll figure things out pretty quick.
I'm thinking 4+ simulations per week, probably one week for each simulation during the regular season, so that the seasons don't take forever and re-building for long term can actually be worth it.
