These are the two pages to look at. One is the aforementioned League Evolution history. Go to League Menu>League History>History Index and then far right tab.
The second screenshot is the default 2024 schedule in OOTP. (I simmed 2023 as the Cards to get to the same place you are). What looks different on your screen (far right-hand side). Esp. the Interleague Play (enabled) line and the "Schedule Loaded From" line.
