The first question that comes to my mind is....what exactly impacts their signability, which in every case is 'impossible'. There has to be something going on under the hood that that yields this rating. No?
Seems to me it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.
But in that case, it also seems to me that it can be adjusted/corrected.
Then again, I am the furthest thing from a programmer so maybe my thought process is too simplistic for those who like to complicate things.
Also, the majority of them are fragile/wrecked.
