Created a new league in 1871 and I always have the same problem. Even if I select "retire players according to history" and "players miss seasons according to history" in the advance option when I create the league both options are unselected and greyed out when the league creation process is done.

So I know that I will have the same retired / free agent problem again... come on this is certainly fixable since that problem didn't exist in OOTP22 (I'm sure it appears at some point with a patch for OOTP23 last year).

The fact I use the transactions in the 19th century isn't the problem since it worked no problem before...
