I will use the second one in my league.

I might use the first one in my league, if the word FROGS was moved to the lower part of the badge and placed below the frog image... the font on the second logo would look good on the first logo... it's a little fancier...you did a great job covering the frog jersey bottom with the letter F... nice touch.
(Who am I to tell Babe Ruth how to hit?... or tell a talented graphics designer how to create a logo?)

I tried the "Frogs" on the bottom, that was my preference too but you run out of room fast at the bottom of the shields. I might try it on the fatter shield shape.
