I've been running some sims testing 24. I see revenue slightly decreasing with a 1%-4% in inflation and owners not in charge of Budgets.

I also wonder about the value of setting a Cash Limit because, from what I've seen, the "Cash from Owners" to remove profit is pretty arbitrary. Sometimes, especially with a positive Starting Balance and Profits from the current season the new Starting Balance exceeds the Cash Limit.
