How do I start a College Hockey Mode? I cannot find a way to start college hockey. I got this version because it had college hockey and I wanted to play with my brothers online. However, I cannot find a way to start a college hockey league even for myself.

I can start NHL, NHL+AHL or NHL+AHL+CHL (Canadian). Where is the college hockey choice?

Am I missing a step or is there an error? I am hoping I am missing a step.
