The CUF pack 2.0 is now updated in Steam. I had to go to the Workshop Central, redownload and reinstall (an option when you highlight it from the list of subscribed items) and then it took. To see if it went through after you reinstall it, check our friend Brandon Pfaadt's visage. If you have the old one, go to Player Editor and Auto Reload the facegen to ensure it's not just an old cache image... and if he's still scary, go to the Workshop again and don't just hit "Update", hit "Redownload and reinstall".
