Hi! Is it possible to editing/modifying the penalty and historical financial adjustments CSV?

I ask it because I want lo lower the star players salaries for historical saves before 90's. In historical, most of the star players have salary 3-4X time what they earn in real life. And it cut the teams budget excecivelly.

Nobody can comment?
