Running a sim where I will play out a mini season with the top third of the league only.

Starting in 1947, I will begin with 3 AL/3 NL teams in this season. The best 6 teams.
-5 man rotations
-4 man bullpen
-DH is used
-lineups for cpu are crafted based on what teams actually did with their players when healthy
-rosters are customised to reflect what the teams had by October 1 of that season.Mid season traded or released players are not on their roster.
-50 game season
-play the other 5 teams 10 times each (5H and 5A)
-each series runs Tuesday to Saturday (sundays and mondays off) and season runs June to August.
-park factors are based on a 3 year calculation that i do myself as i find the game doesnt properly account enough for extremes in parks.
-play out my team's games 1 by 1. For my team I can change the lineup around but the starters are always based on the depth chart and how often these players would be used.

Starting in 1947 with the advent of the broken color barrier. This seemed like a good starting point.
The teams chosen are not always just by record but what I myself believe to be the best teams. I will control one team myself, changing it each season based on who i think would be the most fun team to use or if it has players i particularly want to use. I will put a small rule of I can't be the same team two seasons in a row just for the sake of variety.
