I messed around with a lot of settings and got it better, but could never get it fully solved. And going off Steam reviews and some Reddit posts, I was not the only one who ran into that issue.
I am not sure what was causing it, but I expect it to be cleared up quickly if it has not been already.
But even if it was my set up, I still stand by the rest of what I wrote.
