There's a window in the off-season (can't remember exactly when atm) where you can set the price before season ticket sales are finalized. You should get an email from your owner about this. Then the price is locked. Once the season starts you can adjust the price again.

Basically the price is locked in for season ticket sales. Once that is over you can adjust the price game to game if you wanted.
