The bottom of the 7th saw the San Jose Raiders completely crush the Portland Kodiaks pitching. Min-Kyu Yoo led off with a single. He then moved to second when Scott Ha reached on an error. The bases were loaded when Mike Lentz got a walk. Yoo then came home when Armando Sandoval hit a single. A triple from mark Sofka then saw Ha, Lentz and Sandoval all make home base. Hugo Arias hit a single to bring Sofka home. Enrique Huerta then hit a 2 run home run 366 feet. The raiders still were not done as Alex Robinson got a solo home run of 405 feet. This gave the Raiders 8 runs in the inning and a lead of 14-0.

The top of the 8th saw the Portland Kodiaks try to make a comeback. Josh Antunez started with a triple. He scored when John Davis singled. Davis moved to second on a passed ball before a single by Matt Queen saw him to third. A Jamie Benbenek hit into a fielders choice saw Davis home and Queen out. Rich Horn hit a double to move Benbenek to third. Kyle Griffin ground out but bought home Benbenek.

The Raiders did not allow any more runs after this to take the win 14-3. This moved them to 61-57 for the year.

The Raiders continue their home stand with a 3 game series against the Denver Mustangs tomorrow.
