I'm fairly certain that Adam Dolinski (1-1-1965) is a duplicate of Adam Golinski (10-2-1966).

Elite Prospects and Hockey DB both have a player record for Dolinski, but his only stats listed are for the 1985 World Juniors and strangely are identical to Golinski's in the same tournament (7-0-0-0 & 6 PIM). Also Golinski had an extensive career in Poland, while there is no further trace of Dolinski anywhere.
