I know changelists used to include something along the lines of the opening day roster set was updated and a re-start is needed to use them. I didn't see that but I have seen comments in the bug forum that updates have been made in the DB and will appear in the next update. Just want to make sure all patches include DB updates and it is just not listed in the changelist.
