Ootp wants to be on utmost good, spotless behavior. My guess is *** was aware and only made issue when the earning potential of an established developer combining with Perfect Team appeared. Another guess is they truly don't wish to take anyone to court and would prefer to get a slice via selling copyright especially if Perfect Team takes off.
