I've been purchasing since OOTP4, and still play OOTP23 off and on. Like last year, won't buy the latest version till later this year.
And while I don't buy on Steam, I have it listed in my "favorites" just to see the feedback, and this is the first version that I can remember getting
"mixed" as far as feedback results. In the past it's been either "Overwhelmingly positive" or "Very positive."
