I start a fictional league every edition of the game.
2 16 team, 2 division setup. Initial draft to set correct city sizes.
I sim 60 years and take a team over.

I never need to adjust any stat modifiers, just let it sim for 6 years, everything usually looks great.

With 24, for the first ten years, HR's are crazy high.
The leading HR totals for 1906 read 191, 189, 186 etc.
The career record for HR is 1,931.

Is there a way to governor HR totals, or to start a certain way?
Maybe on the League Totals page on the stats tab in setup?
