I was able login with the 3 accounts tied to my PT23 license (cito, cito_2, and cito_3). But when I try to create one of the bonus users for having a PT23 and PT24 license I get the attached dialog saying I have reached my per license account limit.

Both my PT23 and PT24 licenses were purchased through Steam on the same Steam account. I tried it both with the Windows and Linux versions and encountered the same failure with each. And yes the email and password were unique for the 4th account.
