Alexander Canario (OF) will be out a few months recovering from a fractured ankle and surgery for a dislocated shoulder.
Nazier Mule (P/2B) will miss the season after undergoing TJS.

Derniche Valdez (SS) ratings seem too low. The kid was ranked #6 among the IFAs signed this January.
Ludwing Espinoza (SS) ratings also seem low for the #14 ranked IFA.

There's a handful of other players that look a bit low in the ratings, but that's probably just my inherent bias.

A few more for the Cubs...
Keegan Thompson (SP)
velocity at 95-97 is too high. I'd say 92-94 would be more accurate.
Cam Sanders (RP) should be rated a little higher. Everything I've read is that he's got an excellent chance of pitching for the Cubs this year. He's looked
great in spring training
Jordan Nwogu (OF) is listed as only playing LF and CF. But he also got in 11 games in
RF last season.
Brayan Altuve (C) is no longer catching, he's purely an
outfielder now.
Michael Arias (RP) is
exclusively a pitcher.
Cristian Hernandez (SS) is the
Cubs #10 prospect. His ratings look a little low to me, but it's nothing egregious.
