It's an OOTPD-owned and maintained forum. So, it's legally a property of the company, so, yes, they can restrict discussions on their forum however they please and esp. if so required by a legally binding requirement upon them or simply because they feel it is in their best interest to do so given all the issues regarding it. Go to actual public forums to discuss any work around as you see fit. Goodness, are we still talking about this?
