That most likely is from a permission issue with the game not being allowed to access that folder to do the import. You could try running OOTP 24 as administrator to see if that resolves that import. I'd also be more than happy to do that import for you and I could also check your save in case it's an issue with the .dat files potentially. One final thing can you let me know the name of that save and what you're naming it when you attempt to do that import?

Suggestion #1 fixed this, running OOTP24 as Administrator.


OOTP23 league file successfully imported into OOTP24.
