As i saw on the pic you attached, the filename is Berlin_eisbären.png, the team in-game is called Eisbären Berlin - you have to name the files the same way they´re named in game. i double-checked it on my current save and as you can see on the attached pics, the correct name should be Eisbären_Berlin.png - i think it should work then.
