Hey all,

I used to mess around with this game a bunch like a decade ago. Looking to get back into it. I am wanting to kickstart a universe but if at all possible, doing so at a certain point in time. Is it possible to load fighters' records from a certain date in time? I thought I vaguely remember someone building it into their tool? Might be going crazy.
