He is a good fielder. But nothing suggests he will take another leap and he turned 29 last month.
Now the bigger issue is that Atlanta really has no one to replace him...
But for the price he went for, those are resources that can be better spent elsewhere.
And there is a reason that of the four high dollar short stops from the off-season he was the last one off the market.
He was nice to have on his rookie minimum and arbitration. But not for money he makes now.
And for a #1 overall pick, we were just expecting a bit more and never got it.
