The trace files don't show the cause of this issue, so we stop looking into them now.
"live with it" is not very satisfying imho, let's try something else.

My guess is that something on your machine cause this, but I can't really name it.

Do you have access to another PC? If so can you try to play the game there and see if it works without the freeze?

I can see that you store some files in your dropbox folder. Can you change the paths (in OOTP23) to a non-dropbox folder? What I could think of is that when a file is accessed by the game and dropbox at the same time it triggers something that cause the freeze. But it's just a guess. Try to set the paths to default values and see if the game still freezes.
