I personally do not look at them except for the very top prospects and I usually ignore them even for those prospects.

I still manually promote/demote/cut every single player in my org, but I really only care about the very top 20-30 guys in my org, so having a green arrow next to a 20 pot 24 RHP that I have pitching in A-ball is no skin off my back.

80% of the guys in the minors are warm bodies to help the high ceiling guys develop by having them win games, be happy and mentor them. Cynical, but it's the truth.
